Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted, never in readable form).
• Class enrollments, event tickets and the history of your bookings.
• Shop orders: the name, phone number, delivery address and notes you give us for delivery.
• Wellbeing session requests: the type of session, your preferred time and any notes you choose to add.
• Messages you send through the contact form, and your email address if you join our newsletter.

How we use it

• To run your classes, tickets, orders and sessions, and to contact you about them.
• To send confirmations and updates related to what you booked or ordered.
• To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it.
• To answer your questions and improve our programs.
• To count visits and measure our advertising, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies (see "Cookies, analytics and browser storage" below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Psychology and coaching

Information about wellbeing and coaching sessions is treated in strict confidence. It is only seen by the practitioners and the staff who need it to arrange your session, and it is never shared for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website (hosting, and email delivery when you receive a confirmation), and only as needed for that service. Some pages show content from Google Maps and Instagram, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. When we choose a font for the website from Google Fonts in our settings, your browser loads it from Google on every page, which gives Google your IP address and the address of this website. If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google Tag Manager and the tools our marketing team adds through it also receive information about your visit (see below). These services apply their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by Egyptian law.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

Your browser stores a sign-in key so you stay logged in, the contents of your cart, and your answer to our cookie banner. They are needed for the website to work and are not used to track you. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which a banner asks for on your first visit. Only after you choose Accept does the website load Google Tag Manager, through which our marketing team's analytics and advertising tools (for example to count visits or measure an advertising campaign) may set cookies and send information about your visit to their providers. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, none of them load. They never load in the member portal, the cart, the Community page where you request a wellbeing session, or the admin area.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of our pages. If you withdraw your consent, the page reloads without them, and you can delete any cookies they already set from your browser settings.

Children

Many of our classes are for children. A parent or guardian registers and books on a child's behalf, and we only ask for what we need to run the class safely.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed for our records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving our newsletter. Contact us using the details below and we will reply promptly.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and access to the admin area is limited to our team.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
